How do you recommend I dilute my industrial-strength cleaner?

The amount of solution for dilution stated is for guidance only. You may find you need to use a more concentrated solution if the areas you are cleaning have stubborn stains.  As a guide, for general cleaning purposes such as (this is not an exhaustive list, but serves as examples) :

Ceramic surfaces

Glass surfaces

Windows

Display signs

Motor vehicles

Light reflections

The solution can be diluted from 1 part Mastersolve multi-purpose to 50 parts water.  Wipe dry after cleaning.  Do not allow to dry on glass and aluminium surfaces, rinse away promptly with water. As a guide, for more stubborn areas such as (this is not an exhaustive list, but serves as examples):

Light floor cleaning

Venetian Blinds

Walls

Painted woodwork

Vinyl and plastic upholstery

Marble

Terrazzo

Melamine

Aluminium

The solution can be diluted from 1 part Mastersolve multi-purpose to 30 parts water.  After use wipe the surface dry.

As a guide, for harder working surfaces such as (this is not an exhaustive list, but serves as examples):

Ovens

Workbenches

Machinery

Ventilation fans

Garage and shop equipment

The solution can be diluted from 1 part Mastersolve multi-purpose to 10 parts water.  After use wipe the surface dry.

For excessively greasy equipment in factories, garages, kitchens and heavily soiled floors the solution can be mixed 1 part Mastersolve multi-purpose to 5 parts water.  You should apply the solution and allow it to penetrate and emulsify grease. You should then rinse and wipe clean.  Floors should be scrubbed by mopping or vacuuming the resultant slurry. Rinse the area and allow it to dry.

How do use my multi-purpose cleaner?

Depending on the surface to use clean, dilute your solution according to the above guidelines. For smaller areas, such as counters, walls, and stovetops the solution should be dispensed using a spray bottle.  The area should then be cleaned with water.  If you are cleaning glass or aluminium surfaces then do not allow the solution to dry.  Rinse away promptly with water and wipe the surface area dry. Larger areas, such as floors can be cleaned using the diluted solution and cleaned using equipment such as a mop and bucket.  After cleaning rinse with water and wipe clean.
